The Nightingale Journey
The Nightingale Journey is a multimedia pop up installation showcasing photographic, film and textile elements from The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) archives and collections. Produced in collaboration with the 2019 International Nurses Day celebrations at the RCH this exhibition sets to explore themes of education and learning within the nursing profession. The items on display reference an era right before nursing transitioned into a recognised professional career with university accreditation.
